Ingredients
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken
- 16 ounces Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan
- 2 large Eggs (beaten)
- 2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 12 ounce bag Frozen Spinach
- 1 cup Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (250°C).
- Remove meat from the rotisserie chick and shred.
- Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten eggs, and seasoning together and spread in the bottom of a 9 inch by 14 inch oven safe baking dish.
- Cover with frozen spinach.
- Pour pasta sauce to cover.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes until bubbly.
