Chicken Spinach Ricotta Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • 16 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 large Eggs (beaten)
  • 2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 12 ounce bag Frozen Spinach
  • 1 cup Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (250°C).
  2. Remove meat from the rotisserie chick and shred.
  3. Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten eggs, and seasoning together and spread in the bottom of a 9 inch by 14 inch oven safe baking dish.
  4. Cover with frozen spinach.
  5. Pour pasta sauce to cover.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in oven for 30 minutes until bubbly.
