Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh Green Beans
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Directions
- Clean and destem the green beans.
- Place the beans in a medium sized sauce pan with a lid.
- Add the water to the sauce pan.
- Put the saucepan on medium-high heat on the stovetop.
- When water in pan begins to simmer turn off the stovetop.
- Allow the beans to sit in simmering water for 2 minutes.
- Drain the water from the saucepan.
- Add butter and allow it to melt on the beans.
