Ingredients
- Frozen Hamburger Patties
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Heat gas grill until it reaches 400°F (200°C). (If using charcoal, light and leave until you have white coals.)
- Lay desired number of frozen patties onto your grate.
- Grill until juices begin to come thru on the heated side (about 5 minutes).
- Flip over to the other side until the same thing happens.
- Test internal temperature, it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Dress with a bun and fixing.
